1. Surrender to depression,
2. Work to find new employment,
3. Take time for inner reflection and self-improvement,
4. Take time to improve and expand your existing skills,
5. Develop other sources of revenue, possibly self-employment or work-at-home opportunities.

In reality, each day may be well utilized by combining the last four choices in an organized and positive calendar of tasks. Take some time today to carefully plot your own personal goals and how you intend to accomplish them. Don’t allow depression and negative self-talk to stop you.
